Making Time for Your Time Off
Vacations are either something you are intentional about or you shy away from - depending on your relationship with “time off”.
If you’re a business owner or high level executive, you might make excuses as to why you “can’t” take the time off. And even if you do take a day, weekend or week away - it’s likely you are still partially connected to work.
A key ingredient for reaching new levels in your business and your health is vacation. On this episode I’m talking about why taking time off will improve your health and well-being AND the success of your business, the only way you truly reap the benefits, and how you can make it a part of your business plan so it isn’t the thing you do only when you’ve hit complete and total overwhelm.
Your ACTION homework for today is to identify what’s holding you back, debunk the excuses you are using and get some “health breaks” on your calendar before the end of the year.
