Lake Las Vegas Refresh Schedule + Packing List

The Lake Las Vegas Refresh Retreat will be held at the Lake Las Vegas Hilton & Spa and begin at 2pm pacific on Friday, October 6, 2017 and culminate on Sunday, October 8, 2017 at 4:30pm.

Here is a working schedule that will be updated (if needed) up until the Retreat.

  • 5pm Detox to Retox

Saturday, October 7, 2017

  • 7:00am Optional Group Workout
  • 9:15am-12:30pm Workshop (Physical Health)                                                                                    
  • 12:30pm-2:30pm Lunch Break
  • 2:30pm-5:00pm Workshop (Energy + Joy)
  • 5:00pm-6:45pm Free Time
  • 7:00pm Group Dinner

  • 9:00am Paddleboarding
  • 11:00am Wellness Workshop (Legacy work) 
  • 12:30pm-2:00pm Lunch Break/Optional Cabana + Pool Time

Recommended Packing List

✓ 3 comfortable outfits for Friday-Sunday (Anything from yoga attire to jeans works)

✓ Light sweater or jacket in case the room we meet in is chilly

✓ 1-2 extra outfits for dining out

✓ 1 pair of sneakers (if you choose to do the optional workout)

✓ 1 pair of sandals or flip flops – if you choose to spend time poolside

✓ 1-2 yoga/movement outfits (Yoga + other activities)

✓ 1-2 bathing suits (Paddleboarding, poolside)

✓ Sunscreen

✓ Sunglasses

✓ Personal toiletries

✓ Notebook or laptop/tablet – so you can take notes if you desire

✓ (Optional) Personal snacks for in between independent meal times (water will be provided in our meeting space & a few healthy snacks)
