Kelly Travis positively impacts women and organizations through her work. She has an extensive background in health and counseling, is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she earned her certification as a Holistic Health Coach and has an additional certification with Precision Nutrition in performance nutrition. Her passion for health and fitness started in college, where she was a collegiate All-American runner at UNC-Charlotte, and earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Central Michigan University.
