1-on-1 Coaching With Kelly: 4 months

One of the biggest challenges people face when beginning to work on their health, is they don't know where to start. And oftentimes, that means they either end up giving up or never pull the trigger. It's impossible to make changes if you don't know where you are going, so clarity of purpose is key. 

I am a firm believer that it takes at least 120 days to form a habit. I also know that we typically have more than one habit to shift, cause...we are human. That's why this is a four month program. 

We will have two coaching sessions per month and in between you will have full access to me via email. During this time, I'll work with you on longterm habit formation as well as high level priorities. We will look at all areas of your life and gain clarity around what is holding you back from feeling and being your best and begin to co-create sustainable goals that lead to real work/life integration. You'll learn how to take what you already know and put it into action; you'll uncover truths about your lifestyle (and habits) that you didn't even realize were easy fixes; and you'll get comfortable taking exceptional care of yourself so you can be (and feel) your best in all areas of your life.
