A Room That Leaves Differently
I work in organizational development, coaching, leadership, and wellbeing.
(Yeah, all of it)
I love reaching a larger audience through keynotes, workshops and retreats.
My goal isn’t to bore your organization to tears.
(I’m not naming names, but I know you’ve experienced them before).
My goal is to connect on a real level, sharing stories, research and case studies in a way that gets your people to drop what’s been holding them back
And to get their asses into high gear.
Each time I get in front of an audience, I embrace the opportunity to share an open ended framework that is designed to reach the total Type A personalities to the easy going extroverts and everyone in between.
Whether it's a keynote, a full-day workshop, or a team retreat, the goal is the same, your people leave with something they'll actually use.
Because I know one thing:
To succeed in creating change, you have to take action. And to take action, you need something to get it going.
I’m here, ready to light a flame from under each person in the room (digital or live), so they can take their action and finally be where they need to be.
When they succeed in themselves, they accumulate success as a whole.
And we could all use a little more of that, am I right?
A Keynote, Workshop or Retreat to Create:
Motivation to move from wanting to create more to actually doing it.
Inclusive atmosphere, better communication, and awareness of strengths and weaknesses (Enneagram used for this.)
Healthier, happier, and less stressful environment for everyone.
Easy to access tools to start and stay consistent as each member works toward individual goals.
Keynotes
No two keynotes I deliver look the same. Every one is built around who's in the room — your industry, your culture, where your people are stuck, and what you actually need them to walk away with.
Think of it less like a presentation and more like a conversation that happens to have an audience. I'm not there to fill time. I'm there to move something.
Workshops
A couple of hours to a half day. Enough time to actually dig in — not just scratch the surface and call it professional development.
Workshops are hands-on and built around your team's real dynamics — communication breakdowns, leadership gaps, the stuff that doesn't show up on a performance review but everyone feels. Your people leave with actual tools, not a packet they'll never open.
Retreats
Multiple days. That's where the real shift happens.
When you give people enough time to slow down, go deeper, and actually process what's coming up — things change in a way that a half-day never can. Retreats are designed for teams and organizations ready to do the kind of work that sticks long after everyone's back at their desks.
When they succeed in themselves, they accumulate success as a whole. And we could all use a little more of that.
I’ve spoken for and worked with many organizations looking for the kind of kick in the tail that gets people moving from dreaming about doing good things to actually making them happen.

Here’s what they’ve said…
“Kelly is remarkable in the way she balances inspirational encouragement, with a practical approach for challenging us, to uncover root causes for what keeps us from accomplishing our goals. There is a perfect blend of reflective, individual and group exercises, that lead to discovering and planning to accomplish relevant goals, while creating bonds with fellow employees.” — John Waldron, Executive Director, The Center LV
“When I reached out to have Kelly work with our team, I wanted to make sure we wouldn’t be sharing our types and talking about what resonated with us — and that definitely didn’t happen! I’m thrilled with our time with Kelly, as it helped us learn how to be a better team, aligned us in the right direction and allowed each of us to gain a greater understanding of who we work with and how best to work with them.” — Dropbox
"Kelly led a workshop utilizing Enneagram. It was really helpful to understand our team profile and illuminate how our differences can strengthen our team. The improvement in team dynamics was almost immediate. The team continues to use what they learned to iron-out misunderstandings in a positive and productive way."
